Getting to know the brand
WHY DO WE DO WHAT WE DO? It is very stressful for the average young Nigerian to find an apartment in places like Lagos. getting a space can be hell, it may seem like all the standard self-cons and mini-flats are occupied or just too expensive, and let’s be honest here, there are just not enough self-cons and mini-flats to accommodate all of us: landlords solemnly think of the single working-class Nigerian when constructing a residential property and let us not even dive into the agent cause of the problem. Plus, even when we get that apartment/space, we are most time saving up for rent and not our future. Now i am not writing this to give the perfect solution to solve this basic hosing problem lol, that would involve a lot of economics and finance talk that would bore you out.
