Plus, even when we get that apartment/space, we are most time saving up for rent and not our future.



Now i am not writing this to give the perfect solution to solve this basic hosing problem lol, that would involve a lot of economics and finance talk that would bore you out. I am writing based on the area I have experience and knowledge in which is the co-living spaces. This is one of the advantages of peer-to-peer renting, in a case where rent has been paid recently and sudden relocation is very much required, getting someone to carry over the rent is usually tough. We have a service that tends to that need, we provide a service called CARRY OVER that offers this to users simply deduct the months spent in the space and list the apartment.
